We came in a second time because our first visit rendered a horrible haircut. In A little after, I noticed my daughter’s haircut was drastically uneven. Really botched up, different lengths and cut unevenly. This appointment the hairdresser fixed it will. I don’t think we’ll be returning, however.

I’m normally very pleased with the service, but my sons hair looks terrible this time. I had not seen the lady there before, so maybe it was just because she was new and nervous, but she was shaking while cutting my sons hair and looked like she felt very uncomfortable cutting his hair. He is a very easy kid and sits still and listens well so it shouldn’t be hard to cut his hair well. It’s very uneven and choppy looking. I eventually just told her to stop cutting cause it just kept getting worse the more she tried to fix it. Very disappointed in the cut he received this time.

The stylist who cut my daughter’s hair was not as detailed as the one we had at the last appointment. She started blow drying my daughter’s hair but left it wet. It was raining and freezing outside. Haircut was just ok.

Girl who cut sons hair had an attitude and was friendly with my 4 year old. She was wearing a inappropriate shirt that said she doesn’t give a blank and it had a picture of a rat and a donkey. I think this should not be allowed at a kids hair cut facility. I’ve been coming here for three years and have never had a problem before today. Aliyah was the workers name at the Chesapeake Virginia location.

It was my baby's first haircut. I told the stylist Jennifer I wanted the sides longer. I even showed her the hair underneath to show the length I wanted. She insisted we start with a long buzz, I obliged, because it was already stressful cutting his long locks for the first time at a young age. Well, she didn't do a long buzz like she said, and there was no going back. It is the shortest buzz possible, before bald. I wanted it scissor cut and long, so it could lay properly and the baby hair wouldn't be destroyed. Definitely not worth the money.
