I specifically messaged on Facebook to ask if my daughter needed a mask who is 2 was told no so made an appointment. I get there and am rudely told she needs a mask and I let her know I had messaged about it and she rudely tells me it’s on the door. Had to improvise tie off an adult mask so she could get a haircut I had been waiting on since March to get. Didn’t appreciate the attitude I was so frustrated. The manager that was there did apologize to me which I did appreciate however probably will not return ever again. Please please please have people told the correct information really didn’t appreciate the rude attitude when I was told something different.
