Scheduling an appointment online was very easy and they promptly sat my son as we walked in. Whitney was friendly, efficient, and listened to my requests. My only concern is that in an environment full of children who have not yet received the COVID vaccine, I would have hoped that the staff would be wearing masks. I was uncomfortable with their lack of masks and the number of families in a small salon. I would not have scheduled an appointment had I known they were no longer masking and taking multiple appointments at one time.

Thank you for choosing Cookie Cutters and glad we could make the haircutting experience a wonderful one for you and your child. We have since the pandemic started always followed the latest CDC, Colorado Governor’s orders, Colorado Public Health, El Paso Public Health, and DORA guidance regarding mask wearing, cleaning, capacity limits, etc. and are continuing to follow them to this day for the safety of our staff and clients. We have always provided service to multiple families at the same time even during COVID making sure to abide by capacity limits and guidance of minimizing close contact among families. Our staff adheres to the current policies regarding mask wear. We have conveyed our policies and changes via email, our Facebook page, and our salon door/windows. Currently, the guidance ICW Colorado Public Health Orders is posted on our window, sent via email when booking your appointment, and a confirmation email an hour before your appointment which. We hope you will consider us again when needing a haircut and know that we abide or exceed all Colorado health orders to ensure a clean, friendly, and safe environment for you and your child.

Tasha is AMAZING. We’ve been here twice now and every time she makes Luke feel so comfortable. He’s 17 months and he barely freaks out at all. She is so kind and sweet, we absolutely love her.

This was our first visit. The stylist was not able to provide any suggestion. We went by the expectation of getting some suggestions. Will never go there again. Not worth of money

I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the entire service at our salon. I reviewed the situation with our staff and believe it may have come down to a language issue as they stated it was difficult to understand your English, but they performed the service to your satisfaction based on the comments you provided to the stylist and the generous tip you left. The stylist and staff never heard you request for suggestions for anything other than the haircut performed and we asked several questions during the cutting process to ensure you were satisfied. I am sorry if you did not receive any suggestions for haircutting outside the service, but we always do when asked by our clients and/or when we notice dry or oily hair or other ways, we can improve the haircare of a child. We are sorry to hear you will not be visiting us again, but we at Cookie Cutters provide a great service to each client that visits us and at a reasonable price.
