Lisa did a great job with my daughter’s hair. The salon was super busy. We made an appointment for 1pm and arrived around 1255. We were greeted and checked in immediately. We were told someone would be with us shortly. We waited approximately 45 mins before my daughter was seen. There were 2 stylists working hard but it was disappointing to have to wait so long even when we made an appointment. Lisa did apologize for our wait and I did appreciate that.

We have discussed ways to minimize wait for our clients with Lisa and the rest of our staff as we know your time is valuable. We’ve been going to this location for a couple of years now and always have had a wonderful experience. This visit felt a lot different. We scheduled the appointment in advance so I thought that meant there would be appropriate time allotted and we also arrived a few minutes early. I say this because the appointment felt very rushed and our stylist seemed very detached and ready for my daughter’s appointment to be over with. I understand we all have days so maybe some grace is needed but I definitely will be requesting a different stylist for our future appointments. It’s wasn’t pleasant feeling like my daughter was a burden.

I believe the stylist could have explained that the haircut I was asking for was not going to work for the simple fact that the clippers are designed for children therefore, the skin closeness was not going to work.Although she was very nice, professional, and skilled I believe she rushed through the cut. Things could have been cleaned up a little better. The coupon I received was awesome! I saved close to $5 and that was a plus. For the money spent however All in all I will give them a 8 out of 10

We've come here several times, always with great results. My son can be very shy and not always the most cooperative. However. The stylist started to use the electric razor on him. And I asked her not to. And she started anyway, so then I had to let her finish. He didn't like the feel of it, so he wouldn't sit still, so it's shorter than I wanted, and requested, and looks silly around his ears. I was very specific on length and that I didn't want the razor. Thank goodness this is hair and it will grow back, and it's not a couple months from now when we have a special event we have to go to.
