We’ve been going to this location for a couple of years now and always have had a wonderful experience. This visit felt a lot different. We scheduled the appointment in advance so I thought that meant there would be appropriate time allotted and we also arrived a few minutes early. I say this because the appointment felt very rushed and our stylist seemed very detached and ready for my daughter’s appointment to be over with. I understand we all have days so maybe some grace is needed but I definitely will be requesting a different stylist for our future appointments. It’s wasn’t pleasant feeling like my daughter was a burden.
