Last time we went to get my sons haircut he was not about it! So we decided to try again and Holly was amazing! I told her about his previous experience and she made sure to show him everything she would use and made him feel comfortable. Needless to say we won’t be going anywhere else!

I brought my son and daughter to get cute this morning. Manny was so welcoming and so sweet. However, Holly was the other stylist there & pretty short and rude towards manny when it came to another appointment that walked in. My daughter even commented “why was the lady with the pink hair so mean to the lady who cut our hair.” We understand stress, and understand a fast paced environment but I don’t find that’s a legitimate excuse to be rude, short etc towards coworkers, peers & or in front of clients! Overall, Manny did amazing on my son & daughters hair and they keep complementing each other’s hair.

Glad to hear the haircuts you received today were amazing. I am sorry if you felt our one staff member was rude. She was just informing Manny that her next client had arrived and we may have to only perform one of your haircuts now and the other later as you were late to arrive by over 5 minutes. Our schedule gets very busy at times and hard to stay on schedule when a client is late for their appointment. Luckily, that next client was willing to wait so we could perform both your haircuts back to back. In talking with Manny she did not take what was said as rude, short, or anything else you described. We hope to see you back again.
