My son got his 2nd haircut and it was a bad experience compared to the first. The first time Tasha was very welcoming tried to make my son feel comfortable and made the experience great for me as being a first time parent, since i was excited about my son getting his first haircut. The haircut turned out great I even asked her name for future reference. The second time, the lady was super uninterested and just seemed like she hated her job. She didn’t try to interact with my son and make his experience comfortable and she was being a bit rough. Tasha wasn’t available so we had to go with somebody else (I forgot her name) It all depends on who you get but the office was very clean.

I am sorry to hear that your service was not satisfactory. We had a stylist that had to leave due to a family emergency and had to shift a few appointments around to try and accommodate everyone. We offer a 7-day guarantee on our haircuts and would be happy to correct it with another stylist if you would have given us a chance. It was my first time coming here to get my sons haircut. Manny did an amazing job, she was patient and so friendly. My son is only 15 months old and this was only his 2nd haircut ever. He was a little handsy and wanted to grab everything in sight. Manny was calm, cool and collected! It didn’t bother her one bit, in fact, she encouraged him and handed him all her combs, and gave him a sucker to distract him. I told her about his first cut and showed her a picture, she fixed all the mistakes and we talked along the way and she made sure everything looked okay before she made the cut. I’ll be returning to this location and requesting Manny from now on.
