The girl how cut his hair did not listen to what I wanted at all. I wanted a trim on his shaggy hair but she cut it so so short. I went home and cried for 30 minutes because she ruined the hair he had been growing for a year plus.

Me and my sister wanted to get our babies there first haircut we chose this place because we got a certificate and a lock of hair when they were don’t with my sons hair they checked me out and said nothing about it and was about to start on my nephews hair i then asked the lady about it because that’s the whole reason we went to you guys she acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about and asked the other lady that lady proceeded to tell her how to do it she did pick up a lock of his hair and hand it to me and said when she was done with my nephews she would print them out and give me a baggie for the hair. After we sat there for about 5 min while she sat at the computer and she kept looking at us but wasn’t saying anything we just thought she was getting the certificates ready then a costumer walked in and she instantly took them back and started cutting there hair, we just left without it and went home and made our own certificate, it was just a little frustrating because we would have gone somewhere else if we new we weren’t getting what was included in the package! It’s even more Annoying we said something and they still didn’t give us anything

We visited the Orem Cookie Cutters location for my son’s first haircut. We requested a minor trim to the front and the sides and we received a hack job of a haircut. The front is completely uneven- I can’t believe how bad it is. I could’ve done better at home with kitchen scissors! Not to mention, we paid for the first haircut package which was supposed to include a piece of hair, a photo, and a certificate- we only received a piece of hair. We definitely will NOT be returning.

She went way too short! I said to maintain the cut and just to make it more manageable and she shaved it!!!!

We had and appointment at 2:30 p.m. and we waited for more than one hour to be serviced. Also, people with appointments after that time were done before us. We never choose one employee in particular but we never experienced something like that. They said they took care of the other people because they chose a specific employee and the other who was doing the rest was late. They offered us a discount but it was just $2 and we almost got late to my son’s birthday party. Anyways, worst service ever yesterday.
