Do not get Kayla (the red headed girl). She literally had no idea what she was doing and took 45 minutes!! About 6 other kids came and went by the time she was done. She constantly asked two other ladies for help. Would not recommend her at all. Kassidee, on the other hand, is amazing!!!

Horrible haircut for my son. They usually are pretty bad, I don’t know why we keep going back. It’s hard to find a good place to cut little boys hair, but this is by far the worst haircut he’s had. You can see where she left some spots long and then cut others too short, it’s very patchy. This is my last time taking my son here.

The lady cutting his hair just didn’t have the patience and didn’t finish the cut. She took a huge chunk off of the back of his neckline and visibly overwhelmed with him. Not the best experience whatsoever. Not at all has this ever been my experience coming here so very disappointing to have it happen

I had an appointment for my 2 1/2 year old son to get a haircut and was greeted by Mary-Kate who took us back and cut my son’s hair. She had a scowl as soon as we walked through the door and I don’t think I saw her smile the whole time until the end when we were leaving and she forced a “Have a nice day”. My son was very nervous, which is expected at his age. She hardly said one word to him and didn’t do anything to make his experience better or make him feel comfortable. I noticed all the other girls cutting other kids’ hair were very outgoing and friendly and doing all they could to make it a good experience. I’m very disappointed in how we were treated, especially at a place that specializes in working with kids. I also really don’t like how his hair looks now. She was finished in about 5 minutes and it definitely shows. We had been here once before and had a great experience but after this I’m not sure we will return.

The hair cut was terrible. I asked for it to be chin length and it is almost above her ear. I wasn’t even consulted before she made the first cut like “is this a good length?” She did not say one word to me until the haircut was finished. I will not be back.
