We brought my 3 year old daughter here for her very first haircut. I chose to have the baby’s first haircut package so we could have the full experience. We got to our appointment on time but had to wait 10+ minutes for anyone to come speak to us or get us back. Liz took us back and let my daughter choose a car and show. She asked me what we were wanting today and I told her this was her first hair cut and how brushing had become a chore. She did give us her recommendation on how much to take off to help with that and it was good. However I felt she wasn’t very interactive with my daughter or very personable. As soon as she was done cutting my daughters hair she told us we could get her a balloon and sucker and just walked away. A few minutes later she appeared to take the next person back and had us wait for the other girl to check us out. I wanted to get a lock of my daughters hair for her baby book and saw on the wall we were supposed to have a photo and certificate made for her first haircut. Nothing was done to make my daughter at ease or excited for the experience besides picking a car and show. We waited a while to be helped to check out and I asked for a bath for my daughters hair and they gave me a tissue. They didn’t give us a photo or the certificate for the experience even after I told them that this was her first haircut. The lack of excitement, interaction, or help to make my daughters first experience special was very disappointing. No photos or a certificate were done. I picked up the hair and had to ask for a bag and was given a tissue. We were shuffled out so the next person could be helped because Liz was obviously running behind due to her being late, not us. I wanted to go to child friendly environment to help put my daughter at ease because she was scared. I came here because of the excitement she was supposed to get. But that did not happen. Chances of me coming back to this location are slim. Very disappointed with the experience. But I will say my daughters hair looks good.

Not happy with the haircut whatsoever. The cut was not what I asked for but the worst thing was the hair wasn’t even. My sons head had short hairs and long hairs as if the stylist didn’t cut evenly. The girl must be a newbie because she didn’t do a good job.

Extremely frustrated with our visit today. I waited over 45 min, when I had an appt, to finally get my son in the chair. I understand sometimes they get behind, but that's also poor management to me. A lady that I was also waiting with mentioned she had an appt. at 11:40, AFTER mine, but still she still went before my son. So, just because she happened to show up before me, and I was NOT late, she still went before me. I am sorry, but there is absolutely no point in making an appointment, if I am going to be waiting that long. I will take my business somewhere else, as I can't sit there waiting for that long, for a simple 15 min. cut, especially with 3 kids. cut. I feel bad for the stylist because I didn't leave her a tip, and I don't think it was entirely her fault, since you have a receptionist..But I am mad that I even paid for the cut.

Haircuts are always pretty terrible. It’s the only place my kids will sit still but I wouldn’t recommend it if you want a good haircut.

This was my 2 year old’s first haircut. When the stylist put him in the chair, she almost started cutting without even asking me what she was doing or how I wanted it cut. I showed her a picture and described what we wanted and she just started. The final product looked nothing like the picture. The sides were uneven and there were several long hairs left. I feel like we need the haircut fixed, but I don’t want to go back to the same salon for a fear that I still wouldn’t get our desired result.

Honestly we were so excited to come and get my son’s first haircut and it did not go well. Mostly because he got super nervous and wouldn’t stop crying but the girl who cut his hair wasn’t super nice or accommodating. She wasn’t sweet with him and didn’t try to help him feel better. Which was a real bummer because he’s traumatized now. His hair looks good but overall the experience was not good.
