Fun, cute place, great for kids. TV's didn't work because to many people were logged on but they did great with the kids. Overall very happy.

I bring my son here about every 3-4 weeks for a haircut and usually love the way it turns out every time. This time however, I left very unsatisfied and upset. I told the lady cutting his hair that we fohawk the top of his hair so I didn’t want more than maybe an inch off the top, it’s pretty long. Well what she showed me versus what she ended up cutting was way different. My son barely has any hair on top of his head now! It’s like she kept cutting to even things out after we agreed on a length and she never once asked to keep going. We’ve been growing the top out for over a year now and just trim it up but now we have to start over. I also had to ask her to change so many things. There was longer hair at the base of his neck then the top of his head so I had to ask her to blend those together.

We used to love this location, unfortunately I don't think the same stylists work here anymore. The two that helped us this, and the last few times, are nice but not very outgoing and welcoming. Act as though they're just doing the job. One complaint about cleanliness... They did not sweep after the people before us, or after us either. A little girl sat in the car my child had, before it was cleaned out and the stylist said nothing.

I liked that the kids received a balloon and a lollipop after they were done. Having them sit in a car of their choice, and getting to watch shows is a great kid gimmick. Overall, It was good for a toddler who wasn't sure about getting her hair cut, but I think it was overly priced for the service provided. I probably won't go back.

I appreciate the skill of Mikayla, that's why I chose her as my son's stylist. She seemed rushed the whole appointment. She didn't want to take the time to get the show my son wanted to watch. She even said, "I don't want to take the time to find that one." I was surprised by that response to him. I didn't feel good about that. It would have only taken her 1 minute or less to find that show. She did ask for my opinion on the shortness of the razor cut, so that was good. The only other thing that bothered me is that she was in such a hurry to finish his cut that she left red marks all over the back of his neck, from the razor. It looks awful.

I love the environment where there are cute kid chairs and little TVs with options for them to choose if they want to watch something themselves. I liked the patience of the beauticians and the willingness to listen to and work with the parents. The stylists seemed very understanding of children behavior as I was struggling keeping my kids calm. A struggle that I had was that even though I booked online, there was some confusion about who was on the schedule and what the service was. I was feeling overwhelmed with the appointment and I was almost charged a haircut with a wash but we didn't get the wash. It was fine that we didn't get the wash as I decided I didn't really need it and I wasn't bothered about not having the wash, but I'm glad I realized it before being charged. There seem like there was some confusion when purchasing a promotional gift card and what was allowed to be covered by the gift card. And that was a little frustrating because I had already decided to buy the gift card and then after the fact realized I couldn't use it on all of the haircuts. Despite the stylus being really nice and trying to help me as much as they could it seemed like it was a little crazier than necessary (apart from my own family's crazy! ). Ultimately I am fine enough to have the promotional gift card for use for later, but I may not have purchased it had I known all of the details. Overall the actual haircuts were let me we're fine and they were really patient with my kids getting distracted and having a hard time holding her heads in particular directions.
