At Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids children get to enjoy more than the typical salon booster seat. If this doesn’t make their haircut experience happy, our stylists are equipped with bubbles, suckers and balloons to put your child at ease through the entire haircut experience.


We strive to provide a caring environment where we put both the child and the parent at ease. Our stylists are skilled in cutting hair for all children, and provide that extra special touch for those with special needs. Not all children like to get their haircut, we are aware of this struggle and do all we can to make the experience one that they will want to have again.

I have used cookie cutters many times with my four kids. It usually takes about half an hour for all four kids. Today it took an hour and fifteen minutes. It felt way too long.

I had an appointment for my 2 1/2 year old son to get a haircut and was greeted by Mary-Kate who took us back and cut my son’s hair. She had a scowl as soon as we walked through the door and I don’t think I saw her smile the whole time until the end when we were leaving and she forced a “Have a nice day”. My son was very nervous, which is expected at his age. She hardly said one word to him and didn’t do anything to make his experience better or make him feel comfortable. I noticed all the other girls cutting other kids’ hair were very outgoing and friendly and doing all they could to make it a good experience. I’m very disappointed in how we were treated, especially at a place that specializes in working with kids. I also really don’t like how his hair looks now. She was finished in about 5 minutes and it definitely shows. We had been here once before and had a great experience but after this I’m not sure we will return.

we had an apt and yet when we got there there were a bunch of kids ahead of us. my son cries and hates his haircut so to not be able to be taken back for our set time was torture for him bc he just kept crying waiting in suspense.

Cassidy did such a great job on my daughter’s hair! She was patient and kind with her two year old wiggles. I was very impressed and will definitely be coming back!

We love Cookie cutters! The girls that work there so such a great job and are saints when it comes to kids who have a hard time with haircuts. We have been seeing Tyra for awhile now and love her! She always remembers Dylan and is so good with him and does a great haircut!
