We usually love the quality of haircut my son gets, however the stylist that provided service this time did not do a good job at all. Our regular stylist is Liz and we absolutely love her and the amazing job she does but she wasn’t working this time. I will never again trust another stylist. The lines were uneven and choppy and his hair looks splotchy now.

My son had a full blown meltdown when we walked in. We are learning he is terrified of getting his haircut. We were not once treated like we were an inconvenience, both hairstylists who worked with our son were kind and happy to help however they could. My son wiggled so much, it caused the clippers to go a bit too high near his ear but the hairstylists began to take responsibility for it (even though I know for sure it was because my kid was squirming so much) Really great service and they were so kind to our son. Definitely would recommend.

I’m a pretty loyal customer to this place but today was the worst it has been. The environment was more chaotic and unorganized than usual ( no ability to check in on time bc no one was at the desk, only options were cash or Venmo). I know it’s normal to run a little late but no announcement was shade to indicate how far behind they were ( 5-10 min is fine but 20-30 is a little extreme). I showed the stylist( her name was Liz) a picture of what I wanted for my son( 2 inches on the side and hair long enough on top to be able to brush to the side). I told her that she can leave it long so that I can see it and then trim it shorter if needed. As I watched her start to trim the top I noticed she was doing it very short. I stopped her and said that is shorter than I was wanting and her response was “ oh..whoops”. There was no other choice but to keep it that short and continue on. I even said at the end of the haircut that the overall cut is not what I wanted and that it’s shorter than I wanted as well. I was very close to not paying for that service and talking to a manager until I was informed that there was no manager on-site to speak to. I was not able to come back another time during the day to talk about this issue and possibly get it resolved bc we were traveling. I’m very disappointed in the service and contemplating not coming back.

We brought my 3 year old daughter here for her very first haircut. I chose to have the baby’s first haircut package so we could have the full experience. We got to our appointment on time but had to wait 10+ minutes for anyone to come speak to us or get us back. Liz took us back and let my daughter choose a car and show. She asked me what we were wanting today and I told her this was her first hair cut and how brushing had become a chore. She did give us her recommendation on how much to take off to help with that and it was good. However I felt she wasn’t very interactive with my daughter or very personable. As soon as she was done cutting my daughters hair she told us we could get her a balloon and sucker and just walked away. A few minutes later she appeared to take the next person back and had us wait for the other girl to check us out. I wanted to get a lock of my daughters hair for her baby book and saw on the wall we were supposed to have a photo and certificate made for her first haircut. Nothing was done to make my daughter at ease or excited for the experience besides picking a car and show. We waited a while to be helped to check out and I asked for a bath for my daughters hair and they gave me a tissue. They didn’t give us a photo or the certificate for the experience even after I told them that this was her first haircut. The lack of excitement, interaction, or help to make my daughters first experience special was very disappointing. No photos or a certificate were done. I picked up the hair and had to ask for a bag and was given a tissue. We were shuffled out so the next person could be helped because Liz was obviously running behind due to her being late, not us. I wanted to go to child friendly environment to help put my daughter at ease because she was scared. I came here because of the excitement she was supposed to get. But that did not happen. Chances of me coming back to this location are slim. Very disappointed with the experience. But I will say my daughters hair looks good.

All 3 of my kids got amazing haircuts! The stylist was so sweet and was so talented! Definitely coming back to her next time they need a cut
