I've been satisfied in the past, but this time, my daughter's bangs really don't look very good at all. It looks like a very amateur job. :-(

This is the second time that Nancy has cut his hair and she has done a bad job. He is supposed to have a fade and a finger length at the top but the cut does not look the best she basically chopped off the corners . My son complained about the following things and she was dismissive for the most part. “She is cutting too fast” and it was rough for him The neck cover up was too tight and he said that twice, I had to get up and do it myself It hurts behind the ear where she was going at it with the machine and it was already pink The blowdryer is too hot and he kept saying g that the. Finally stopped and said she would make it less hot but it took her a while Sometimes she was dismissive to his comments so I had to ask her. I am not the kind to leave bad reviews but if she’s going to work with little kids she needs to be softer and more attentive to their comments and not be dismissive. I have gone to the cookie cutters in south Jordan and they’re amazing but Orem , they need to be trained more. You have lost a customer in this location.

Hair was everywhere on the car my son was on (not his) Appointment took maybe 4 min and was charged $18. I feel like that was a way over priced baby hair cut. She trimmed just above his ears and that was it. Only add on was getting some hair to take home. Not worth $18

I hate leaving a bad review, but I'm in the corporate world and understand how important feedback is! My little boy has long curly hair. I wanted someone who specifically could cut curls. I called a week prior, and was told Yashley is great at curly hair. So I scheduled with her! When I arrived, Marnie took us over to cut my sons hair. I asked her name, and realized she wasn't who I booked with. I spoke up and said I specifically scheduled with Yashley. Yashley was over at the desk and heard me. Yashey said Marnie is good also, and so I just went along with it and trusted her. Marnie did an ok job, however the layers were WAY too short for his curls. His hair is about 3 inches long on the top layer but it curls up so high to a little pile of curls. It honestly doesn't look great at all and has be contemplating buzzing all his curls off, so sad! Marnie was SO nice and sweet and kind to my son, so I have no complaints there. She did a great job making it a calm and fun experience for my son. I hate leaving a bad review, but it was just not a good cut for his curls. I don't think I'll be returning to cookie cutters for a curly cut. I understand not all cuts are perfect, so I'm not upset about that. However, I feel that if a customer specifically books with a specific stylist, it should be honored. Especially if Yashey didn't have another client at the time (we were the one ones in the place.) I think this is an example of how client care can be improved.

The interaction with the receptionist was pretty awkward, but the stylist (Yashley, I believe?) was knowledgeable and patient with my 2 year old. The cut looks great.

My 5 year old was very well behaved, not being crazy during his haircut and ended up with this cut on his neck. He kept saying “ow” and the girl kept telling him “you’re fine” then we leave and discover this cut. We also feel like the haircut was not very good. Our 2 year old was suppose to be getting the same cut and there is a night and day difference between the two. We are very unhappy with the service we received.
