Not happy with the haircut whatsoever. The cut was not what I asked for but the worst thing was the hair wasn’t even. My sons head had short hairs and long hairs as if the stylist didn’t cut evenly. The girl must be a newbie because she didn’t do a good job.

We brought my 3 year old daughter here for her very first haircut. I chose to have the baby’s first haircut package so we could have the full experience. We got to our appointment on time but had to wait 10+ minutes for anyone to come speak to us or get us back. Liz took us back and let my daughter choose a car and show. She asked me what we were wanting today and I told her this was her first hair cut and how brushing had become a chore. She did give us her recommendation on how much to take off to help with that and it was good. However I felt she wasn’t very interactive with my daughter or very personable. As soon as she was done cutting my daughters hair she told us we could get her a balloon and sucker and just walked away. A few minutes later she appeared to take the next person back and had us wait for the other girl to check us out. I wanted to get a lock of my daughters hair for her baby book and saw on the wall we were supposed to have a photo and certificate made for her first haircut. Nothing was done to make my daughter at ease or excited for the experience besides picking a car and show. We waited a while to be helped to check out and I asked for a bath for my daughters hair and they gave me a tissue. They didn’t give us a photo or the certificate for the experience even after I told them that this was her first haircut. The lack of excitement, interaction, or help to make my daughters first experience special was very disappointing. No photos or a certificate were done. I picked up the hair and had to ask for a bag and was given a tissue. We were shuffled out so the next person could be helped because Liz was obviously running behind due to her being late, not us. I wanted to go to child friendly environment to help put my daughter at ease because she was scared. I came here because of the excitement she was supposed to get. But that did not happen. Chances of me coming back to this location are slim. Very disappointed with the experience. But I will say my daughters hair looks good.

I came here expecting the stylist to be happy to work with my baby and responsive to me and to him, especially since this was his first haircut. I was hoping for a fun experience, but definitely didn’t get it. He is not a difficult child at all, so that was not the problem. She seemed distant and made no effort to make this a fun experience for my baby other than turning on a tv. I made several efforts to talk to her but felt like I was a problem more than anything. I paid more than I normally would for a simple boys’ haircut for the experience, but was sincerely disappointed. I was planning to bring my daughter here as well but will definitely not be back. This was my son’s first haircut and I had to ask for the picture I signed up for. Overall, I simply did not feel comfortable and was disappointed to have a less than positive experience.

I asked for my daughters face to be framed…. Instead she now has a huge piece of hair hacked off. It looks ridiculous, and I do not plan on coming back. The girl was nice but once you’ve cut a chunk of hair there’s really no fixing it.

It's just so chaotic a lot in there, and it more messy than necessary. I know they are trying and it's hard with kids. We go there because the environment is kid oriented. The problem is that the stylists aren't really kid oriented. They are too quiet with them and could be more...fun, I guess. Also I really wish there were different pricing options. I just want bangs for a 3 year old who has like, two strands of hair and it takes less than eight minutes. I feel that I shouldn't have to pay for a full price haircut like I do for my ten year old.

I showed the professional the cut I would like for my son and she cut too much, he is only 18 months and she cut his hair like a military not like a baby. This is the second time something like that happen. I brought my son there because I like the environment, but paying 19 dollars to do something my husband can do at home is not worth it.
