I always feel like the professionals at Cookie Cutters make cutting kids hair look so easy and fast. I know it’s not because I’ve attempted it myself. I appreciate their professionalism and how well they treat my boy. I think their set-up with screens and fun chairs is great too.

I told the women cutting my daughter's hair exactly what I wanted and she did the complete opposite. She chopped a layer that looked absolutely terrible. When I told her I did not like the layers and asked her to blend it, they did not follow on my request stating they would have to go shorter with the layer which is not okay. I felt like I wasn't heard. I felt like after I told her how unhappy I was they didn't try to even fix the problem but instead dismiss me. The girl didn't really even take responsibility for messing up my daughter's hair, not sure if she actually thought it looked good. I left the salon crying at how horrible my daughter's hair looked and had to go to another salon to get it fixed. Never going back to this company agaib because that was the worst experience I've ever had with hair.

The girl how cut his hair did not listen to what I wanted at all. I wanted a trim on his shaggy hair but she cut it so so short. I went home and cried for 30 minutes because she ruined the hair he had been growing for a year plus.

My kids love coming here! They were super friendly and made my kids super comfortable. They also are super quick and my kids always look forward to the suckers and balloons after.

Nora's stylist was fantastic with my little girl's first haircut. My son's stylist was a little frumpy and not quite as helpful, still great though.

WE ONLY GO THERE BECAUSE OF YASHLEY! SHE HAS BEEN CUTTING MY KIDS HAIR FOR OVER 5 YEARS AND WE LOVE HER!
