I feel terrible for not remembering her name, but the stylist who worked on my son was amazing. He's 2 and hates haircuts. He has had skull surgery and has some rather larger scars and odd head shaping. The stylist did an excellent job in styling his hair in a way that the scars were not very obvious while still a short and stylish cut. He moved almost the whole time and she still kept it very positive and upbeat and got him a sucker which dramatically helped. It was the easiest haircut we've had in his life so far and he looks so cute. I apologized repeatedly for my son not sitting still or squirming and she never once made me feel guilty or bad about it. Her attitude was bright and made us feel welcome even though we were difficult. We purchase the pack of haircuts because it's cheaper so the price is always worth it so that we can leave a tip. I love this location so much more than the location we lived near when my older kids were young. I'm always impressed here.
