This was my toddler’s 3rd haircut. He sat still and only leaned away once because the girl did not warn him before she turned on the blow dryer. He really sat still during the haircut. Never cried. The haircut is cute. I’m scoring low because my son said “ow!” when the lady cut behind his ear. I was there the whole time! I can understand if a child is moving and fighting the haircut that they may accidentally get cut. My child sat still and still got cut! The girl did say sorry but I think she was more embarrassed more than anything.

My 5 year old was very well behaved, not being crazy during his haircut and ended up with this cut on his neck. He kept saying “ow” and the girl kept telling him “you’re fine” then we leave and discover this cut. We also feel like the haircut was not very good. Our 2 year old was suppose to be getting the same cut and there is a night and day difference between the two. We are very unhappy with the service we received.

The interaction with the receptionist was pretty awkward, but the stylist (Yashley, I believe?) was knowledgeable and patient with my 2 year old. The cut looks great.

I hate leaving a bad review, but I'm in the corporate world and understand how important feedback is! My little boy has long curly hair. I wanted someone who specifically could cut curls. I called a week prior, and was told Yashley is great at curly hair. So I scheduled with her! When I arrived, Marnie took us over to cut my sons hair. I asked her name, and realized she wasn't who I booked with. I spoke up and said I specifically scheduled with Yashley. Yashley was over at the desk and heard me. Yashey said Marnie is good also, and so I just went along with it and trusted her. Marnie did an ok job, however the layers were WAY too short for his curls. His hair is about 3 inches long on the top layer but it curls up so high to a little pile of curls. It honestly doesn't look great at all and has be contemplating buzzing all his curls off, so sad! Marnie was SO nice and sweet and kind to my son, so I have no complaints there. She did a great job making it a calm and fun experience for my son. I hate leaving a bad review, but it was just not a good cut for his curls. I don't think I'll be returning to cookie cutters for a curly cut. I understand not all cuts are perfect, so I'm not upset about that. However, I feel that if a customer specifically books with a specific stylist, it should be honored. Especially if Yashey didn't have another client at the time (we were the one ones in the place.) I think this is an example of how client care can be improved.
