My son becomes scared even when we turn onto the street where Cookie Cutters is located. Once we enter though, the staff is so nice, and they immediately turn on the tv for him. They are very calm, and they try their best to calm him down. In the middle of the haircut, one of the ladies suggested to give him his balloon then instead of waiting until the end of the appointment, and that worked well too. Thank you for everything!

I'm thrilled with the experience, as always. His haircut took only 15 minutes and looks wonderful. Our stylist was friendly, professional, and obviously skilled, both with small kids and hair.
