Everyone was very friendly but we won’t be back until you get rid of the mask policy. It’s not healthy and is doing more harm than good.

I had scheduled an appointment but still had to wait for a walk-in to finish. It took 15 minutes. They shouldn’t have done the walk-in cut before a scheduled appointment if they didn’t have time to finish. I was a bit annoyed. Good haircut though. Staff was friendly and inviting.

Megan E has been doing a very good job with my sons hair for the past few cuts. I would like to work a little more on the front though because it naturally falls forward and it looks awkward when it’s cut blunt across his forehead. So more work on details but other than that a very positive experience.

had a coupon but I forgot to give it to them after I paid they could not give me credit because I had already check out. Not a big deal but..

It was a little more crowded today, but was expected for a Saturday afternoon. We were taken just a few minutes after our scheduled appointment. Not a long wait for a seemingly busy Saturday. We weren’t as pleased with the haircut this time. We asked for a side part cut, but instead, his bangs were the first thing to get cut, and they got cut straight across. The sides of his hair weren’t cut even. One side looks great, but the other side looks almost like a bowl cut. We appreciate all the effort, as we know our son had his moments with not wanting to sit still, but in comparison to the first time he had his hair cut and cried almost the entire time and had an even harder time sitting still, the haircut he got today was not what we had hoped for.
