Ms. Nicole is the only one that this 10 yeR old will see. She is kind an patient. She does a excellent job ever time. Cayden has been seeing her for his haircuts for about 5 years Now.

Overall, we have a great experience at Cookie Cutters and we have been going there for a few years. Our usual stylist was not available on the day I made the most recent appointments, so I chose to go with whoever was available. I scheduled back-to-back appointments for my children (2:45 and 3 pm). I think there should be more time provided between appointments so it doesn’t cause a scheduling backup. My 2-year old wasn’t seen for his 3 pm appointment until 3:15 pm, which likely caused another client’s time to be pushed back, and so on. If customers are only given a 5-minute grace period for appointments, then the same expectations should be held of the staff. We were at the salon for nearly an hour, which was not what we anticipated.

Megan is awesome. She is friendly, quick, efficient, and accurate. I feel that almost $17 is steep for a kids haircut, but the promotional price we received was reasonable.
