I am in love with this place and Jaenice (sorry if it’s spelled wrong) but she was fast, skilled, and had the perfect personality for a 3yr who has hated getting his hair cut!! James not only let her finish but he walked out with a smile (and a nice balloon and lollipop). Thank you all, we will be back!!

Did a great job. We weren't happy with his last hair cut so it was corrected free of charge.

My husband and I specifically showed the stylist we wanted our son's hair to his shoulders. He has very curly hair and I informed her that his hair is much curlier than what it was at this time because I didn't put any product in it knowing we were having a cut, I told her that it will curl up even more. She began to use clippers and cut his hair ABOVE his shoulders after brushing it out to be even less curly...meaning when it curled up it would be even shorter!!! Not at all ok or what we stated. I am beyond upset. To cut curly hair you should know to start below where they want it so it curls up to the length they wish. When she was cutting his bangs she wanted to start where I want them .. no when it curled it would be in his scalp! I had to instruct her to go lower so it would curl up to where I want it. She also scrunched it up after it was done to get the curls activated, it's to his ears not shoulders, she clearly didn't listen to our wants and has no idea how to cut curly hair. I won't be back!

Usually a good experience. But they were running behind schedule and I felt my son was given a rush job

I have taken my now almost 3 year old to this location since he was 1.5 years old. I have always had a positive experience and my son would get a great cut. Online booking is reliable but they are available by phone too. If you have a little kid who needs a cut they’re the place to go!
