I took my son for a shape up today and everything went well until I reached the counter to pay and my total was $25 for a shape up. I asked Janiece was the total correct because when I booked the appointment online the price was $12.95 she stated yes that’s correct the price went up but it hasn’t been updated on line yet and she apologize because she thought I already knew. I would like confirmation on that if possible please.

Was a little disappointed by quality of service this time. In the past we have always had great experiences here but today, felt like we were more of a burden and was annoyed with my son. He doesn’t like to sit still but he’s gotten better since we’ve started coming here, but the stylist made me feel like he was annoying her. May have just been a bad day for her, but didn’t make me or my son feel as welcome.

I’m unfortunately very disappointed. My sons hair looks horrible. I could of done this hair cut at home. His appointment was the November 19 at 1:30pm. My husband asked for short hair and she didn’t do that in the slightest. His face looks boxed in by his hair. I just honestly don’t feel like it was worth the money and drive for his hair to look the way it does. My husband said the stylist advices him not to go shorter in the front but we specifically wanted it shorter in the front. We drive about 30 mins to this location because we enjoy the service that’s provided normally.
