I usually am happy with my experience however my appointment was at 4:45 and your salon closes at 5 and I feel like she rushed my baby’s hair cut. It wasn’t even and my husband had to fix it when he got home. Definitely not happy with how it turned out.

My son has scratches from the exact places where the clippers were used on him. When I pointed it out, the hair cutter told me that he must have sensitive skin and that it would be gone in 20 minutes. It has been 6 hours and it now looks worse.

I was told that my Grandson was very rude because he was saying “no” to everything. We changed to a different professional Because the one that we have used for the last 10 years is no longer there. We will be back but will schedule with someone else.

The woman that cut my 2 yr old sons hair seemed confused and a little disoriented and disorganized. The other girls working had to help her find some of her supplies. Took 30mins to cut my sons hair which is pretty much like an eternity for a 2 yr old. I’m surprised he sat as well as he did but probably wouldn’t want her again.
