Lori was fantastic! She was ready as soon as we walked in. She immediately put on our son’s favorite movie, let him get used to her and to the buzzer. We asked her what she thought for the haircut and she did a perfect job explaining everything as she did it. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience from Lori or the girl at the desk. We will be back for our son’s next haircut for sure! Thank you so much!
