This was our first time at Cookie Cutters and we were so impressed, especially with Lori! We arrived a few minutes early and our son had a blast in the play area while we waited. Lori got our toddler warmed up before she even touched his hair. When she started using the buzzer he though it was cool because she made sure he knew it wasn't going to hurt him. He cooperated so well which was different from any other experience we've had. Even at almost 2 years old he still has cradle cap and Lori recommended and awesome shampoo that has cleared it right up. We can't wait to come back!
