Always great haircuts, very kind stylists, we love the play set in the waiting area. They are very strict about arrival time, but this past visit we were surprised at how long we were left waiting… We arrived at 9:15 for a 9:30 appointment and I had selected “first available stylist” so we wouldn’t have to wait with a rowdy 17mo old. We were told the stylist we’d need assigned to had several haircuts ahead of us, but there were two other stylists with no clients just wandering around. One of them even mentioned her 9:30 was running late, but still we were left waiting until 9:45 until we got into a chair. By this point the toddler has worn himself out on the play set waiting for 30mins, and still had to sit strapped into the chair for several minutes before the system-assigned stylist was able to come over. Previous haircuts had gone quickly and smoothly, but this time he was cranky and wouldn’t sit still and cried throughout it. While we love the environment and the service, we do wish they would rethink the appointment system- especially if a parent selects “first available stylist” but is left waiting while available stylists have empty chairs. We plan to return again but if this situation becomes a pattern, we may look elsewhere for our family’s haircuts.

Lori is amazing each time! She is quick, kind, and very understanding. We always come back for her!

We have been seeing Lori since our son started haircuts. He scream, cries and squirms but she has always been patient with him. We highly recommend her.
