I asked for a trim on my sons hair and she cut it way too short. She cut the sides really short and left the top really long then asked if we liked the new style(long on top and buzzed on the sides). She'd already cut it that way. She got mad at him and was snippy toward both of us when he would wiggle. She didnt respect what I wanted done and just did her own thing without asking me. I have been in before and had wonderful experiences. Im very disappointed.

The stylist who helped us was amazing and very patient. She did a GREAT job with my son. His hair looks great. We love Cookie Cutters!

I have always had good experiences. My kids liked being able to watch tv and sit in a cool chair but my recent experience was less than satisfactory. I have been a loyal customer and have always set up my children's appointments 6-8 weeks in advance. I was disappointed in my service because I set up our appointments 8 weeks prior when the schedule was open for both my children to be seen at the same time. When we showed up to our appointment we waited past our scheduled time and there were 3 other children who came in and took priority over my appointments so my children were seen back to back and we ended up being there for 45 minutes for only 2 little boy haircuts which made me late picking up other children from school. My first sons haircut took over 20 minutes just to trim up the same style and he was sitting perfectly still. There was no behavior problem that would inhibit the ability to cut his hair. I just expected better service being a long standing customer with previously scheduled appointments. You've lost my business.

I was nervous to bring two 2 year olds to get their haircut by myself, and it was amazing! The twins loved it, and the hair stylists did such a great job. It was not a stressful situation at all!
