Rachel is so good with my 3 year old that he refers to getting a haircut as "going to see Rachel". No tears, no fuss, great haircut every time.

Hailey at the fort Union cookie cutters is the best! So patient with me trying to decide how I wanted her to cut my sons hair. She is always great with him and his haircuts look adorable!

The girl rushed and was a little rougher with the razor on my sons hair. He said after that it hurt when she was cutting. We have been there before and it was great. This time she rushed and was a little rough cuz she was in a hurry. I get that it's busy with holidays, but you still need to do a good job for us to return. Don't know if we will come back after this experience

This place is great for haircuts for kids. They are so patient, even with screaming toddlers, and they do their best to make it a fun and welcoming environment. My son loves that he gets to sit in a cool car, pick a tv show to watch, AND that he gets a sucker and a balloon at the end. He's still on the apprehensive side when it comes to getting his hair cut but he does a little bit better every time because of the wonderful environment at cookie cutters.
