Cookie Cutters is a consistent and quality experience every time. Whether I make an appointment or just walk in, they follow their process for helping customers the same way. They are fast and friendly with kids and do their best to make it a positive experience. They carry great products that have been wonderful for my daughter's long hair that's exposed to chlorine from swimming.

My little one has been afraid of clippers. Sariah at the Fort Union location helped him overcome this and become comfortable with her using them on his hair. She gave him a great haircut! Just what we asked for!

Better if cookie cutters follows the fixed appointment timings.I was asked to visit at one time and when i was there i was asked to wait as my appointment was at other time according to them.
