My daughter has horrible anxiety and was really scared to get her first haircut. She threw a terrible temper tantrum, and kicked and screamed and cried through the whole experience. Kaitlyn was able to give her a beautiful haircut, even while she was thrashing around. She was patient with my daughter and never made me feel like a bad parent for having a child who had temporarily lost her mind. My daughter left with candy and a balloon and feeling like she had made a friend and had a good time. I’m sure next time will be smooth sailing, since Kaitlyn was so kind to her. Thanks Kaitlyn, and thanks Cookie Cutters!
