Our stylist, Jordan, was great. My son's previous haircut at this same location was awful so I was very nervous to come back. I'm a lot more pleased this time and our stylist was great.

After returning home my family pointed out my Son's new hair cut was less than fabulous. It was uneven and not blended. Several lo g hairs had been left. We returned 2 days later to get it fixed. Even though they were about 10 minutes from closing they took my Son right back and fixed his bad hair cut. I will still go back even with the experience of a bad hair cut. Hair can be fixed! My kid will only allow me to take him to Cookie Cutters for hair cuts. They are always so friendly and patient with him. They were so great at getting us in and fixing his hair cut. Will always return.

I would like if hairstylist have more experience with different trends and cuts. Very good at the basics but need to keep more current with kids trends.

I've been taking my boys here for awhile. The stylists have always done a great job with my wiggly kids. The only negative feedback is that the back room/restroom area could be cleaner.

This place is great for haircuts for kids. They are so patient, even with screaming toddlers, and they do their best to make it a fun and welcoming environment. My son loves that he gets to sit in a cool car, pick a tv show to watch, AND that he gets a sucker and a balloon at the end. He's still on the apprehensive side when it comes to getting his hair cut but he does a little bit better every time because of the wonderful environment at cookie cutters.
