The girl rushed and was a little rougher with the razor on my sons hair. He said after that it hurt when she was cutting. We have been there before and it was great. This time she rushed and was a little rough cuz she was in a hurry. I get that it's busy with holidays, but you still need to do a good job for us to return. Don't know if we will come back after this experience

Haylee is the best hair stylist there! Others we have gone to either don’t know how to cut hair or they don’t even act like they like kids.

The haircut was great. She did a well job. The play area was very dirty and I usually don't worry about these kinds of things but my little one was playing on it. Not sure what the age limit is on the play area but there were some older kids who were on there while a 1 year old was trying to make its way up. Very unsafe.

Please make sure that stylists ask parents before putting in that god-awful glitter hairspray. I was with another child when the stylist put it on my daughter's hair, or my answer would have been a resounding, "NO!!!" I'm still finding glitter on things that my child's hair touched (the back of the carseat, her pillow, a stuffed animal), and while some celebrate and love glitter, I'm not one of them. Thank you!

Mandi was great with my son who is still very young she just has a way of distracting him when she’s cutting his hair and does a pretty good job will go to her again for sure!

Everything feels old, like it needs an update. I wasn’t planning to have both kids hair cut at the same time. One was an infant so I had to stay with him and I wasn’t super comfortable with that but wasn’t given an option and wasn’t told when I scheduled.
