Okay. First of all, I brought my two boys in to get their haircuts. One age 10; the other age 6. I believe that I gave good instructions to the stylists. I parted my 10 year old's hair to show the stylist where I wanted it to part. My son has a mole in that spot and it is a great landmark for him and a stylist to know where to part his hair. She did NOT cut his hair with this requested part in mind. And then when I commented to her, she said that it would still work and would be fine. Clearly, she did not acknowledge that she didn't cut his hair the way I asked her to cut it. A hair stylist should listen and be humble enough to acknowledge a mistake and to have good pleasant customer service and see how she could fix it. But, no. I didn't receive that from her. It would've been fine if she tried to figure out something. One should never hear, "It'll be fine," from a hair stylist. Y'all know what I mean. It does not part. Period. It is otherwise a decent hair cut (my son has no concerning cowlicks), but it is not what I asked for and not what my son wanted. Rough. I will not be going to her again. Regarding my 6-year old's hair cut, it is perfect. Mandi did an exceptional job. She didn't cut the front too short to start and was happy to clip it shorter after I asked. Great attitude. Very pleasant. I, and my son, are very pleased.

I can't remember the girls name but I think she is rude and short. She is not talkative or pleasant

Lashal was and is always GREAT! The other stylist (dont know her name) is very uptight, unpersonable, doesn't really aim to TRULY please as someone should in this profession. If you don't like what you currently go out and find your true passion. #keepingitreal

This place needs a thorough deep cleaning done. It needs new paint and chairs. I love the stylist but the place is run down and depressing.

Shop experience was good overall. Friendly, fast, efficient. But shop seems a little run down and not tidy. Asked the stylist to leave my son's hair a big longer on top and felt like we left with the same haircut every boy walks out of there with. When she asked, "How's this?" it was already shorter than I would've liked so there was no use in mentioning it.

Wanted a style that left the front longer, it was cut short and kind of chunky. Not great. We usually get a good cut for him here though, and he doesn’t hold still well, so what can you do
