We always have a great experience at cookie cutters the gals are super friendly and take good care of our boy. My only complaint this time was I called to see if any appts were available for the afternoon or evening (I called around 4) and I was told no, about 1-2 min later I got online to see about booking a future appt and I saw that there was indeed an appt available tonight even though I was told no on the phone just a couple of min prior . I thought that was strange maybe they didn’t even look at the schedule when I called? Otherwise thank you for the great service!
