I wish I could provide the name of the person who cut my sons hair. She is always in a hurry and does a terrible job. My sons haircut is awful . He has layers that are sticking out all over the back of his head. I asked for 3 on the bottom and finger lengthy on top. This is the 2nd time she's used the clippers on top when I asked her to do finger length. I will not go back to this location- she's the only one who consistently does a bad job. My experiences with Cookie Cutters is usually really good- I just wish this particular "stylist" cared about the results.

I have always had good experiences. My kids liked being able to watch tv and sit in a cool chair but my recent experience was less than satisfactory. I have been a loyal customer and have always set up my children's appointments 6-8 weeks in advance. I was disappointed in my service because I set up our appointments 8 weeks prior when the schedule was open for both my children to be seen at the same time. When we showed up to our appointment we waited past our scheduled time and there were 3 other children who came in and took priority over my appointments so my children were seen back to back and we ended up being there for 45 minutes for only 2 little boy haircuts which made me late picking up other children from school. My first sons haircut took over 20 minutes just to trim up the same style and he was sitting perfectly still. There was no behavior problem that would inhibit the ability to cut his hair. I just expected better service being a long standing customer with previously scheduled appointments. You've lost my business.

Hair was cut shorter than asked. I specifically asked about the different sizes/length s of clippers and felt like I was mislead.

i am not very pleased with the haircut my son received a couple days ago. It looked okay while we were at the salon... But once we got home I keep noticing all these spots that were completely missed. Even as I was paying I noticed the stylist hadn't even cut his neckline, so I had her fix that before we left. I had to go through and clean it up more on my own and for what I paid that's unacceptable. This cut was on my 10 month old, I've been in before with my 8 year old and had no problems. I get that you guys try to be as fast as you can on these little guys but this stylist just was not very thorough. 😕
