This was my sons first haircut and we could not have enjoyed our experience more! The entire experience was efficient, fun, and enjoyable for my son. They were quick and he actually enjoyed it thanks to the amazing staff!

We love going to Cookie Cutters! The staff is so kind and they are always so friendly. Kaitlyn and Sadie are so sweet and are so patient with my boys, I appreciate them so much!

I found this location to be much better than the one in brickyard. The employees were more personable and seem to enjoy kids. Our stylist listened to my request, then actually made a very good recommendation for something different. I appreciated her expertise and confidence. There were some cryers in the salon when we were there and none of the employees seemed to be phased by them – they remained calm and cheerful. We had a great experience.

My daughter has horrible anxiety and was really scared to get her first haircut. She threw a terrible temper tantrum, and kicked and screamed and cried through the whole experience. Kaitlyn was able to give her a beautiful haircut, even while she was thrashing around. She was patient with my daughter and never made me feel like a bad parent for having a child who had temporarily lost her mind. My daughter left with candy and a balloon and feeling like she had made a friend and had a good time. I’m sure next time will be smooth sailing, since Kaitlyn was so kind to her. Thanks Kaitlyn, and thanks Cookie Cutters!

This was Katherine's second haircut ever and she had a ball! The variety of the seats were excellent - she tried them all. Very pleased with her hair, as well - looks much better and easier to comb.
