The service was wonderful the girl was quick in cutting my son's hair, unfortunately I won't be returning because she cut the back of his neck with the trimmers in several places causing him to cry uncontrollably. He is 20 months old, I understand they have to work fast with children but too fast can cause these incidents.

It overall was a good experience. Making an online appt was easy and convenient, got in close to Our appt time. It was baby’s first haircut and we requested a small cut and she cut a lot off. He still looks cute. If I could improve anything I would say for her to be a little more patient with baby and ask mom if the length is good and do more or less based on good communication.

Our stylist was not very friendly, I don't know if she was having a bad day or what. She did not ask my kids what show they wanted to watch and didn't follow my instructions with my daughter's hair. I will now be booking our appts at the Draper location, because I don't know her name and I want to avoid her.
