This was my 2 year old first real haircut. I was so impressed with the way Haylee was able to get her to look down while she cut the back of her hair. She had her hold a comb with her chin against her chest like a game and it worked like a charm. She was so quick that the novelty of the cute little pink car chair hadn't worn off yet (and anyone who has a 2 year old knows that is only minutes). She gave me tips to "train" her hair so I can work with her huge cowlicks. After we were done, she gave both of my daughters a balloon and a sucker (even though only one got a cut). You would think you would have to pay an arm and a leg for such a fantastic experience but it didn't even cost an arm. I can't say enough good things! Thank you Haylee, and thank you Cookie Cutters! See you in 10 weeks!

Miss Hailey is a wonderful and caring stylist! My child Summer loves to visit with her and Miss Hailey gives her such great care. We are in a position where we may have a family photo shoot on a day when she doesn't work and Miss Hailey offered her cell phone number and offered to come in on her day off to do my daughter's hair for the shoot. Now that's wonderful service!

Many times I have to make an appointment that day. Your website doesn't allow that. But each time that staff had been accommodating.

I can't remember the girls name but I think she is rude and short. She is not talkative or pleasant
