My son has always had a hard time getting his haircut. This was our first visit. Our stylist was so fast, and the tv and car were distracting enough that there were no tears! He even asked if we could “go back to the haircut place?” Never thought I’d hear those words. The slide and lollipop probably contributed to that :) They were great, we’ll definitely be back.

Floors looked like they had not been swept and the play area was so filled with hair I did not allow my daughter to climb on it.

This was my son’s second haircut (he’s 27 months) and our second visit to this Cookie Cutters salon. It was awesome as it was the first time. My son loved it again! He loves to go on the slide, choose which chair to sit in, pick a show to watch, and get his hair cut. He especially loves the balloon and lollipop at the end! We love it here and I love that my son enjoys it, as I know sometimes children have a hard time with getting their hair cut. Kaitlyn is awesome!

I am very disappointed my sons hair is uneven and looks horrible I want a refund this is not what I paid for. I will not be bring my son back and I will be going in to the store to complain and let the better business viral know that the hair stylist let my relative pay for such a horrible hair cut. Is this lady even trained in cutting hair because if so she may need to go back to hair cutting school. I will not recommend the stylist that did this to my poor son.

My son is autistic and he feels very comfortable getting his her hair cut all the time.

Cosmetologists were busy and rushed and therefore not very friendly. No smiles.
