We had to go back a second time because our child wouldn't behave when we were first there. The staff was fantastic at trying to get her to put on the cape and was incredibly understanding with how she was acting. They rescheduled us the next day without any problems or hesitations when we decided to bail out. In short, they were great with her. Everyone has commented on how cute her hair cut is too!
