This was the first visit I've felt awkward at. We arrived for our scheduled appointment right on time, gave our names and waited about 10 minutes, which wasn't a big deal, until a (different) stylist was free and asked us our names again. I gave them to her, and she said that wasn't right, she had someone else down. I said we had appointments at 11:15, and she insisted that it wasn't our turn. One of the other stylists said to just go ahead and take one of my girls and she hesitated because someone walked in with the name she insisted was the right person for her to work on (obviously not considering the fact that this person who just walked in was at 11:30 and we had been waiting for 15 minutes now for our 11:15 appointments). So she sighed and took one of my girls and the other stylist finished quickly and took my little one. I just felt like she was oblivious to the situation, yet was insistant that SHE was correct, not us (the customers). It was just sort of awkward. I worked in hospitality for 14 years in high-end resorts and hotels, and this treatment was on the tacky side in my opinion. It won't stop me from coming back, but clearly some of your employees need a little course on customer service.
