My kids cuts are good, which is the most important thing. It would just be nice if the experience in your stores matched what your website advertises. My boys read that they could play video games while waiting and were excited, only to find that there were none. Also, the website states that if you bring more than one child, then the first will be full price with a discounted rate for the siblings. I was told that this store didn't participate in that. Also the stylist was well meaning when telling my daughter that she'd get in trouble with the hair police if she cut her own hair, which she had done. It seems innocent to say, but she was unnecessarily worried about it and feeling in trouble. I should have said something at the time but wasn't sure what was appropriate to not make the stylist uncomfortable.
