Haircut was great, stylist was really good with my child and they gave us a balloon and sucker which my child loved. My child loves getting their hair cut here. My only suggestion is that they do a better job of vacuuming/cleaning especially on the slide. My child had other people’s hairs stuck to their clothes and hands from going down the slide which kind of grossed me out.

We arrived a few minutes early for our scheduled appointment but still waited 30 minutes before it was our turn. There seemed to be some confusion because people who arrived after us were serviced ahead of us. Very frustrating wait, but the girl who cut my son's hair was great.

Overall, we love Cookie Cutters. This particular visit I’m not happy with the cut my child received. It’s much shorter than the stylist and I discussed. And it seems a bit uneven. We’ve been here a few times before and have loved it so I know it’s just the stylist.

My expirence at cookie cutters was fine. Staff was not overly friendly with me or my child but not rude. Tried getting advice on how to do his hair but couldn't get anything out of our stylist.

Staff was great but my boys were disappointed to see the t.v. that had games on it was gone and replaced with a tiny screen. They also used to have a kids table and chairs w/ books, etc. out and that was a nice touch. Seems like the place needs to be spruced up a bit. But again, the staff was super nice and great with my kids.
