The reps there are great. They are always very nice and professional, this last time we visited was no exception. I would however like to express my unhappy experience with tyring to get an appointment set up. I called a total of 4 times before I can get an appt set up. I work until 6pm and I needed an appt set up after that. Every single time I called on different occasions I got the same response that they were booked for the evening. The last time I called which was this last Monday, I told the rep I have been trying to book an appt for over a week and they never had one. After she told me that they were booked solid after 5:30, she managed to supposevly squeeze me in on Wed @ 6:15. When we arrived, not one client was in the shop. There were 2 reps and no clients. My question is, how is it that she squeezed me in when there were no clients? My perception to this situation is they dont like to help clients the last hour because of the cleaning and other things they have to do before they close, and to that I say, change the closing time to 6 or 6:30. Dont post the hours of 10-7 if you arent going to help clients after 5 or 5:30. Once again, this is my perception, I could be wrong; however, I work with the public and I know that client perception is very important. I will not let this experience refrain me from coming back. My son really likes the girls that have cut his hair and for that we will keep coming back.
