At Cookie Cutters Haircuts for Kids children get to enjoy more than the typical salon booster seat. They get to choose their favorite fantasy car to sit in during their haircut and each station has a wide selection of kids’ shows and games. If this doesn’t make their haircut experience happy, our stylists are equipped with bubbles, suckers and balloons to put your child at ease through the entire haircut experience.


We strive to provide a caring environment where we put both the child and the parent at ease. Our stylists are skilled in cutting hair for all children, and provide that extra special touch for those with special needs. Not all children like to get their haircut, we are aware of this struggle and do all we can to make the experience one that they will want to have again. We have had good haircuts for our toddler at Cookie Cutters. The process they use to remind us of our appointment is annoying and emails come from a random person's name rather than the business name. They will call and call and call until they get a hold of you. One simple reminder either by email from business name, a text, or a voicemail is enough.

Stylist Erica was amazing. She’s super kind, patient and very good at her job. She was a very pleasant part of the experience. However, she was really the only pleasant part of the experience - the rest was awkward and I wouldn’t go back if this was my first time. It seemed like the store needed more management intervention than this am. The front desk person was new, and management hadn’t clearly managed employee expectations of everyone’s time. Stylists (not Erica) started yelling at the front desk person for what seemed like valid safety concerns that the front desk person just couldn’t get to because things were slammed. Would highly recommend management be on site for the first few weeks of a new person to manage expectations among employees better.

Ms. Tiffiney is awesome at Chamblee but we weren’t as satisfied with the work of others! The atmosphere however is always welcoming and conducive to young people enjoying themselves and easing the anxiety associated with hair cuts.

It was difficult to schedule an appointment at a convenient time, when it was convenient for us, without having to schedule an appointment a week or two in advance. The appointment felt very rushed while there. I heard the receptionist say that appointments were booked every 15 minutes, which explained the rushed feeling, as well as the additional people who were waiting in the lobby for their appointments. I feel like the quality of our visit has gone downhill. In the future, we might consider looking elsewhere for a kids haircuts.

They were not on time with the haircut appointment. My son had to wait nearly 30 minutes beyond the appointment time to start his haircut.
