If this doesn’t make their haircut experience happy, our stylists are equipped with bubbles, suckers and balloons to put your child at ease through the entire haircut experience.


We strive to provide a caring environment where we put both the child and the parent at ease. Our stylists are skilled in cutting hair for all children, and provide that extra special touch for those with special needs. Not all children like to get their haircut, we are aware of this struggle and do all we can to make the experience one that they will want to have again. When you are cutting a two and a half year olds hair for the first time, it would probably be a good idea to introduce yourself and say your name and what’s about to happen. My daughter was completely new to the environment, the person, the experience. She was scared and you just come to her hair with a pair of scissors and comb. You do not talk about what’s about to happen. Nothing. I was honestly a little disgusted about how it went down. The manager was very nice and friendly. The stylist then proceeded to go take a phone call after she was calmed down BY US and she was ready and waiting. We will not be coming back. I’m sorry. Not happy with the service. The stylist also never took my advice of introducing herself and continued on her way. Really disappointed. I don’t care that this is right next to my house. I will drive out of my way to go elsewhere.

Haircut was not at all what we discussed. Son left unhappy and began crying in the car. We showed stylist a picture of how he want it and got a much shorter haircut. Very disappointed and won’t be returning.

His hair is done uneven, specially side burns, they tried to wrap up his haircut in just 2 minutes. My appt. Was at 3:15 pm but I told them that the ETA shows 3:25, they said it is fine so I went with the appt. I asked them to cancel if they cannot do it too.. but never saw such shady job!!! Very poor.. not at all good quality work.

I have been here twice, was booked with the same person and BOTH times she has cut my baby’s ear. Today she cut both ears & didn’t say anything until I did. His hair was almost finished but still needed work but I asked her to stop because I didn’t want my baby to become even more traumatized. I honestly didn’t even want to pay but I’m not the type to not pay for services rendered. I do feel like I am owed more than an apology whether it be a refund or whatever but I don’t feel like my son should be bleeding with every haircut. It’s honestly it about the money either, it’s about feeling comfortable having someone get so close to my child & trusting them not to hurt him. He does pretty well as far as sitting still & I make sure to do my part & help when needed. In no way am I shaming the stylist, she apologized & seemed sincere but unfortunately I will not be bringing Ezekiel back again.

Our stylist rolled her eyes when we asked what we wanted for our child. Her overall attitude was poor. We will likely not be returning. The atmosphere of the location seemed very inviting and the other stylists did not seem so share the same attitude ours did.
