When you are cutting a two and a half year olds hair for the first time, it would probably be a good idea to introduce yourself and say your name and what’s about to happen. My daughter was completely new to the environment, the person, the experience. She was scared and you just come to her hair with a pair of scissors and comb. You do not talk about what’s about to happen. Nothing. I was honestly a little disgusted about how it went down. The manager was very nice and friendly. The stylist then proceeded to go take a phone call after she was calmed down BY US and she was ready and waiting. We will not be coming back. I’m sorry. Not happy with the service. The stylist also never took my advice of introducing herself and continued on her way. Really disappointed. I don’t care that this is right next to my house. I will drive out of my way to go elsewhere.
