My toddler’s haircut was great! Turned out very cute but I was scheduled for a “first haircut” and found out later I was supposed to receive a certificate and lock of hair. I’m sad we did not get that but I am glad we got the haircut completed. The stylist was very nice and professional.

Hello, we had an appt today with Heidi (confirmed via my appointment scheduling email. When we arrived, we were told Heidi would not be the one cutting my daughters hair. How can I ensure I get the person requested? It's nice to go to the same person each time for a consistent cut. Secondly, my daughter received an uneven cut. One side is shorter than the other.

I booked online for a first hair cut deal. I got there and she got the hair cut. It was until right before I was paying that they realized I was doing a first hair cut package. I didn’t get the certificate. They say they will email it to me but they lady at the front said “ you didn’t mention it was the first hair cut” …… that’s how i booked the appointment. I didn’t know I had to remind them. I figured that’s whAt the appointment book would say. I got the lock of hair. My daughter was happy with the hair cut and so was I. It was just the mix up with the front desk.

the salon was great. very fun for kids. my biggest disappointment was that i asked not to trim the front/top of his hair (only the back and above the ears) but she trimmed the front anyway. this was his first cut and i was busy taking pictures and didn’t notice until it was too late. i was hoping his hair would be longer for his first birthday party this weekend. it’s not a major thing - and she was very sweet with him a but a little disappointing nonetheless.

We were at cookie cutter for two appointments today for my son and daughter. I had specifically requested a particular stylist and the stylist was changed up on me last minute. My sons haircut is pretty crooked, and it appeared the person didn’t really know how to handle baby hair/ first time haircut. Yes he was fussing but an experienced person should know how to navigate this. My daughters haircut wasn’t up to the mark, I specifically said to cut in in a way that we are able to tie a pony tail… now all her hair keeps falling out of a pony tail. I am pretty disappointed, in the service we received today. This hasn’t been my experience in the past. I understand you all were busy today, but this is just not good service.
