I really liked Odessa a lot and would recommend her to other older ladies that I know. She made me look and feel a lot more youthful. I had already had my hair cut so I did not receive a haircut from Odessa, but I feel sure she could have done that and I would be happy with it. However I really did not ask for advice and do not remember receiving any advice. We just talked about other things and I am perfectly happy with that. If I want advice I will certainly ask for it. Also, I was told just today that I looked at least 10 years younger than my actual age. Also, probably because I am on blood thinners I did get a little chilly toward the end of my appointment and that is why I graded the environment a 9. I really did not know how to answer the professional advice received, although (had I) it would have probably been a 10.

I was charged $100 deposit and was not given my full credited at time of services. I had to ask for my credit but then only given $50 of it. My appointment for highlights was double booked so I spent much of my time waiting for the colors rust to work in someone else. I went in for highlig hts but left with darker hair and no highlights 😔. Very very disappointed
