I came in for a haircut with almost 22"(wavy) hair and left with 16" bone straight hair. Imagine how it looks now that i washed it and curled. Yeah my hair is now just upto my shoulders. I specifically told my hairstylist not to reduce the length of my hair, but he still did it his way. I'm utmost disappointed with my hairstyle. He had me face the other side of the mirror while cutting my hair and did even check with me on the length. WTH! I never felt welcomed there and he and the staff are uptight with me the entire time i'm there. I will not come back here and i will not recommend anyone to go here. Oh, did I mention he thinned my hair without even asking me if I want to. I like my thick hair and this guy just ruined my hair.

Wonderful experience. This was a nice salon. I booked last minute online and the lady that did my hair treated me like a valued client - not just a walk in. She did a great job on my cut, I was very impressed.

Quality of services is outstanding, which is why I keep coming back - but the price for services is way higher than anywhere I’ve ever been before. $500 for a styled trim + root touch-up & highlights, but I also find it odd I get the same thing every time and have paid anywhere from $300 - $500. Not sure why one time I pay closer to $300 and another around $500… Luckily I can afford it, but this salon is definitely not for anyone below upper class range and the inconsistency in pricing is confusing.

I was a client of Mansour’s about 15 years ago. I recently moved back to the area and had to go support his business. I’m so glad I did because I had such a great experience getting a hair cut and color! I feel like they really took their time with the appointment, made sure I was getting what I wanted and they were very educated in their craft. I felt pampered and beautiful after :) I can’t wait to go back!

It’s always a great time at Aalam. From the moment they greet you at the door, the staff makes it all about you. I appreciate that. Odessa is amazing. My hair looks wonderful and feels great. And the shampoo treatment, it’s like therapy for your scalp. Thanks for everything.
